What are Amazon Shopper Panel Offers?

Panelists invited to participate in the Offers (beta) program may earn additional rewards for redeeming offers by uploading images of eligible physical receipts containing their available offer’s featured brand or product category. Offers and Receipts are two separate programs within the Amazon Shopper Panel. Space is limited to participate in the Offers program. Visit the Offers tab to see if you have an offer available. Reward amounts for offers may vary. Redeem an offer by uploading images of eligible physical receipts containing the offer's featured brand and/or product category before the offer expires.

What types of receipts are eligible to redeem Offers?

Redeem an offer by uploading images of eligible physical receipts containing the offer's featured brand and/or product category before the offer expires. Most receipts for purchases made within the past 30 days are eligible, including those from retailers (such as grocery stores, drug stores, and department stores) and entertainment outlets (such as restaurants, movie theaters, and theme parks). Receipts from Amazon.com and other Amazon stores including Whole Foods Market and Amazon Go are not eligible, including for offers. Handwritten receipts, non-English language receipts, receipts from outside the U.S., or duplicate receipts (including receipts previously submitted by another panelist) are also not eligible and should not be submitted. Receipts must contain clear text and not be blurry, faded, or otherwise unreadable. Receipts must contain a retailer or store name, purchase date, total purchase amount, and at least one itemized line item including an item code or description and item price. A “Not eligible” label will appear in the recent receipts list for any receipts that Amazon can determine to be ineligible. Typically, receipts are reviewed for eligibility within 6 hours. To see why a receipt was not eligible, tap on a receipt to view the status message. For more about what information Amazon collects through the Amazon Shopper Panel, go here.
